Everyone in the world loves Sugar. From coffee to cake it is everywhere. Sugar is mostly used in Sweet dishes it is impossible to make sweet without it. Sugar is also used in drinking  substances like cold drink, coffee, tea, milkshake etc.  On the one hand it enhances  the taste of food, whereas is on the other hand our body also cause great harm. According to some researchers, sugar is more dangerous than smoking. How much damage does come from smoking to our body, the same damage happens with the excessive use of sugar. The use of sugar is just OK but more use of sugar in daily life is very dangerous. Here are some demerits of sugar - Demerits of sugar - 1. Does the excess use of smart phones affect sleep? One study found that limited use of smartphone, tablets and computers in the evening could reduce sleep problems in adolescents. It can also be cured of fatigue, lack of concentration and bad mood. According to researchers, adolescents who spend more than 4 hours on smartphones  those sleep 30 minutes later than average.
