Everyone in the world loves Sugar. From coffee to cake it is everywhere. Sugar is mostly used in Sweet dishes it is impossible to make sweet without it.
Sugar is also used in drinking substances like cold drink, coffee, tea, milkshake etc. On the one hand it enhances the taste of food, whereas is on the other hand our body also cause great harm. According to some researchers, sugar is more dangerous than smoking.
How much damage does come from smoking to our body, the same damage happens with the excessive use of sugar. The use of sugar is just OK but more use of sugar in daily life is very dangerous. Here are some demerits of sugar -

- Brush twice in a day first in the morning and second time in the night after dinner with fluoride toothpaste.
- Take a balanced diet with nutrition and Calcium.
- Visit your dentist regular.

Diabetes is a problem when the glucose level increases in the blood it also called blood sugar. It is very common but dangerous problem around the world. It's occurs in any person of any age.
There are many reasons of occurring diabetes but taking excessive amount of sugar also one reason of causing diabetes if you have type 2 diabetes because taking the large amount of sugar reaches more glucose in blood that can increase the risk of diabetes. If you are already a diabetes patient then you need to eat sugar in a little quantity.
Those people who have type 2 diabetes always have a problem high blood sugar level. In this type of diabetes you have to fit physically and mentally. If you are eating a lot of sugar or sugar made food item in a day then be careful you need to do change in your quantity of sugar that you are eating daily. Sugar increase blood sugar level in your body that can increase the risk of heart stroke Heart Attack and other heart related disease.
Those people who took 25% or more of daily calories in the form of sugar die most. Most people takes sugar as soda, energy drink, soft drinks and other important source like as cookies, candies, yogurt have a great amount of added sugar in it. Why sugar cause heart disease still it is not clearly approved but some reasons are assuming, such as sugar enhances calories that affect the functioning of the heart. It increases weight that effects our heart badly and sugar increases blood pressure that also increase the risk of heart disease. We can control heart diseases due to sugar by following some tips -

Sugar made things are good for taste but not for health. We usually takes sugar as chocolate, soft drinks, candies, cakes etc. Sugar is harmful to health. This does not mean that you should stop eating sugar and we should eat some amount of sugar.
The addiction of sugar is very dangerous like as smoking. Leaving sugar addiction is very difficult, once you start eating sugar in large amount then it is difficult to reduce the amount of sugar. Sugar has many demerits it has negative and positive both sides.
